About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Environmental Impact Assessment Graduate to join our team in Birmingham. As a key member of our Impact Assessment Practice Area (IAPA), you will play a crucial role in supporting our clients in delivering environmentally sustainable projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct environmental impact assessments for infrastructure development projects
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to identify environmental constraints and develop solutions
  • Prepare environmental assessment reports and coordinate post-planning consent support
  • Travel to project sites and participate in site surveys
Requirements
  • Relevant first degree in environmental science, sustainability, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of digital solutions for environmental challenges
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work flexibly under pressure and manage multiple tasks
  • Strong research and report writing skills
