About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Azure Cloud Engineer to join our Cloud Decisions team. As a key member of our Cloud Platform Engineering team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing cloud infrastructure solutions using Azure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement cloud infrastructure solutions using Azure, including automation of resource setup, scaling, and management.
  • Collaborate with the Cloud Solution Architect team to define new business/service requirements and translate them into deployable Azure solutions.
  • Create expert documentation for various audiences, including technical guides and user manuals.
  • Ensure security and compliance by implementing centralized controls to streamline adherence to organizational standards and best practices.
  • Drive CI/CD processes by automating deployments and providing end-to-end testing of developed components.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in cloud engineering, with a strong focus on Microsoft Azure.
  • Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools, such as Terraform, ARM, and Bicep.
  • Experience with CI/CD tools, including GitHub, GitHub Actions, and Azure DevOps.
  • Scripting skills in at least one language, such as PowerShell, Go, Bash, or Python.
  • Cloud infrastructure knowledge, including role-based access control and governance constructs.
  • Containerization understanding, including Kubernetes, Docker, AKS, Container Apps, and Container Instances.
