Job Description:

  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of our students.
  • Work closely with teachers and support staff to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.

  • Monitor student progress and provide targeted support to ensure they reach their full potential.

Requirements:

  • Holding a relevant teaching qualification (QTS) and proven experience as a Deputy Head Teacher or similar leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of educational policies, practices, and curriculum frameworks.
  • Able to inspire and motivate staff and students towards achieving excellence.
