Job Summary:

Kenna Recruitment Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Construction Manager to join their team. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple construction sites, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will have a strong background in construction management, with experience in leading teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously. You will be responsible for:

  • Providing planning services for proposals and projects, ensuring that all necessary protocols and best practices are followed.
  • Leading meetings and forums for planning staff within the division, promoting collaboration and open communication.
  • Reviewing and challenging processes to enhance planning best practice, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to drive performance and consistency.
  • Developing relationships with consultants, suppliers, and contractors, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned and working towards common goals.
  • Reviewing projects that have deviated from plan, providing advice on original plan and strategy, and contributing to decisions on the best way forward.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience with ASTA and a degree in a relevant field.
  • Tier 1 main contractor experience and a strong understanding of commercial, life sciences, education, and other relevant sectors.
  • Excellent written and communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
