Group Finance Director

Your new company is a rapidly growing luxury lifestyle events and travel organisation with 30 international franchises. As a Group Finance Manager, you will play a crucial role in the company's financial success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all-round financial accounting, including daily processing, month-end and management report preparation.
  • Consolidate and report management accounts, ensuring accurate and timely financial information.
  • Manage a team of three management accountants, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless financial operations.
  • Ensure compliance with VAT regulations and manage multi-currency bank reconciliations.

Requirements:

  • ACCA or CIMA qualified.
  • Proven management experience, with a track record of success in financial leadership roles.
  • Experience with month-end consolidations and multi-currency financial management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
