We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team in the Satellite Kidney Unit at Honiton. As a Haemodialysis Nurse, you will play a vital role in planning and delivering high-quality patient care under the guidance of a Renal Consultant and in conjunction with other Renal units and healthcare professionals.
About the RoleThis is a part-time position, working a combination of early and late shifts over a four-week period. You will be responsible for providing expert care to patients undergoing haemodialysis, working closely with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery.
Responsibilities- Plan and deliver haemodialysis treatments to patients in the Satellite Kidney Unit
- Work closely with the Renal Consultant and other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and carers
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date with best practices and evidence-based care
- Contribute to the development and implementation of unit policies and procedures
We are looking for a Registered Nurse with at least six months post-qualification experience in an acute setting. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. A strong commitment to patient-centered care and a passion for haemodialysis nursing are essential.
