We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our Community Support team. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with autism spectrum condition, learning difficulties, and mental health concerns across Devon.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support individuals with autism spectrum condition, learning difficulties, and mental health concerns in their daily lives
  • Assist with medical appointments, engaging in activities, and supporting with life skills such as searching for work, managing finances, and cooking
  • Build relationships with the people we support to improve their health and wellbeing
  • Work collaboratively with the team to deliver a comprehensive and effective service
