Configuration Engineer - DEF STAN 05-57

CBSbutler Holdings Limited trading as CBSbutler is seeking a skilled Configuration Engineer to join our team in Luton. As a key player in Aerospace, Defence, and Security, we require an experienced professional to deliver Configuration Management activities in accordance with DEF STAN 05-57.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement Configuration Management Plans, including generation and review of CM Plans.
  2. Identify and control configuration items, ensuring accurate configuration status accounting.
  3. Lead Change Control Boards, ensuring effective configuration status input and decision-making.
  4. Collaborate with engineering delivery teams to maintain and configure project datasets.
Requirements
  1. Proven experience in Configuration Management, with a strong understanding of DEF STAN 05-57.
  2. Excellent practical knowledge of Configuration Management Planning, Identification, Change Management, Status Accounting, and Audit/Verification.
  3. Experience in developing Safety-critical products, with a focus on Configuration Management.
  4. Proficiency in Teamcenter version 13 (Unified) and SAP (desired).
