Join Our Team as a General Catering Assistant

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic General Catering Assistant to join our team at Long Marston School. As a key member of our catering team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality food and excellent customer service to our students and staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and cook basic meals and snacks for students and staff
  • Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety standards
  • Provide friendly and polite customer service to students and staff
  • Assist with food service and presentation
  • Develop basic IT skills to support our catering operations
What We're Looking For:
  • Previous catering experience is desirable but not essential
  • A team player with excellent communication skills
  • Food hygiene level 2 (training will be provided)
  • Basic knowledge of health and safety practices
  • Exceptional timekeeping and reliability
