IT Audit - Senior Manager

As a Senior Manager in our Industry & Services practice, you will play a key role in managing and delivering complex audit engagements. Your expertise in IT external audit will contribute to our commitment to excellence.

The key responsibilities as a Senior Manager in the National IT Audit team:

  1. Plan, coordinate, and control audit engagements according to firm requirements.
  2. Oversee junior team members, ensuring compliance with audit methodology.
  3. Manage all aspects of audit delivery, including timelines, team briefings, and reviews.
  4. Act as the primary contact for audited entities throughout the year.
  5. Build and maintain relationships with audited entities' senior staff and within Forvis Mazars.
  6. Facilitate effective communication to execute audits.
  7. Manage engagement finances, including budgeting, negotiation, and management.
  8. Collaborate with partners and directors on audit involvement.
  9. Identify, research, and resolve IT audit matters.
  10. Communicate with audited entities and specialists on technical issues.

Requirements:

  1. Extensive experience in IT external audit, preferably within the Industry sector.
  2. Experience of building and managing relationships.
  3. Minimum of 8 years experience in IT Audit.
  4. Bachelor's degree in technology, business studies, accounting, finance, or related field.
  5. Sound technical understanding of IT risks and hot topics.
  6. Strong knowledge of auditing standards and regulations.
  7. Desire to contribute to the IT Audit Practice's development and growth.
