Associate - Financial Services Specialist

**Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly skilled Associate to join our team in London, specializing in financial services. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with senior lawyers to advise on complex financial matters, including bonds, guarantees, indemnities, and security arrangements in the UK and abroad.
With 6 years of PQE experience in the finance and banking sector, you will bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the role. Your ability to communicate complex financial concepts to clients and colleagues will be essential, as well as your technical expertise in areas such as finance facilities and guarantees.
In this role, you will work on high-value and complex transactions, both domestically and internationally. You will collaborate closely with clients to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions, driving business growth and development.
We offer a competitive salary of £80,000-£120,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits such as a pension scheme, staff bonuses, life assurance, and enhanced adoption, maternity, parental, and paternity pay.
