Red Bull UK is seeking a skilled Regional Business Development Manager to drive sales and growth in the sports and fitness industry.

This dynamic role involves building strong relationships with independent and small chain gyms in your region, ensuring Red Bull is top of mind and driving sales. You will be responsible for identifying opportunities to increase availability and visibility of our products, implementing regional activations to make Red Bull the number one energy drink in fitness, and managing multiple operating groups and franchise groups.

To succeed in this role, you will need passion and experience in the fitness industry, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team. Travel will be required 80-90% of the time.

Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.

The successful candidate will have a track record of achieving targets, outstanding customer relationship management skills, and intermediate skills across Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. If you are a strategic thinker with a passion for the fitness industry, we want to hear from you.
