We are seeking an experienced English teacher to join our team at a alternative provision based in Manchester.

Salary: MPR/UPR (Estimated annual salary: £40,000 - £60,000)

About the Role

To deliver high-quality lessons and sequences of lessons that ensure students make significant progress
To create a supportive classroom environment that fosters student growth and development
To take on additional responsibilities as required by the Head of school
To be a form tutor/key teacher and provide regular communication with parents and carers
To assess student progress and provide reports and references
To supervise support staff and participate in related recruitment activities
