Therapeutic Support Worker Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Therapeutic Support Worker to join our team at Aqueduct House, a specialist independent Ofsted registered school and accommodation for young people aged 7-18 with social, emotional, and behavioural difficulties.

About the Role

As a Therapeutic Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing a safe, structured, and homely environment for our young residents. You will work closely with our team to develop and implement personalized support plans, promoting the emotional and psychological well-being of our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individualized support to residents, promoting their emotional and psychological well-being
