Job Description

As a Residential Support Professional in our small residential home in Abertilly, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, providing excellent care and support to vulnerable children. This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires a strong commitment to delivering exceptional outcomes for young people.

Responsibilities:
  • To support the children and young people in all day-to-day activities and interests
  • To promote the young person's independence and wellbeing
  • To attend weekends away, holidays, and trips away with the children
  • To protect the children and young people from any risks to their health and welfare


What You'll Need:
  • A desire to create positive outcomes for vulnerable children and young people
  • Empathetic, caring, and resilient nature
  • At least 6 months experience of working with children or within a similar Social Care setting
  • Valid UK Driving Licence
  • Hold a current Enhanced DBS on the update service or willing to obtain one
  • The right to work in the UK
