About the Role:

We are looking for a talented and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at Annan Court Care Home. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing person-centred care to our residents, promoting their independence and dignity.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Respect the residents' dignity and privacy at all times.
  • Provide high-quality person-centred support to residents, enabling them to maintain their independence and engage in activities that bring them joy.
  • Work collaboratively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals to deliver holistic care that meets the unique needs of each individual.
  • Support residents with all aspects of personal care, including feeding, toileting, and bathing, with kindness, empathy, and patience.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records on each resident's care plan, ensuring that their needs are met and their preferences respected.
