NFP PEOPLE is seeking a skilled fundraiser to capitalize on major gift opportunities, driving income growth through strategic relationships and compelling cases.

This role requires a deep understanding of animal welfare and international development, as well as expertise in developing and executing successful fundraising strategies.

The successful candidate will have a strong track record of securing major gifts, building high-value relationships, and leading cross-functional teams.

Salary: £62,593 per annum

Location: Devon/hybrid

Hours: Full-time, 35 hours per week

Contract: Permanent

Key Responsibilities
  1. Identify and pursue major gift opportunities, leveraging strategic relationships and compelling cases.
  2. Develop and execute a comprehensive Major Gifts strategy, driving income growth through international grants and capital fundraising.
  3. Build and maintain high-value relationships with senior stakeholders, ambassadors, and supporters.
  4. Present and pitch compelling cases for support, tailoring messaging to attract significant funders.
