Maintenance Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team at our manufacturing facility in Rugby. As a Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for performing electrical and mechanical fault finding and repair on a variety of equipment, including Siemens and Fanuc control systems, grinding machines, CNCs, Power Presses, Chemical Lines, Ovens, Vacuum Furnaces, and Kuka Robots.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
- Conduct electrical and mechanical fault finding and repair on a variety of equipment.
- Work collaboratively with the engineering team to resolve complex technical issues.
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years' experience as an industrial maintenance engineer.
- Multi-skilled engineer with a bias towards mechanical or electrical maintenance.
- Formal qualification in engineering is desirable but not essential.
- Experience of basic electrical fault finding would be beneficial.
