About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Sanctions Compliance Manager to join our team at Haleon. As a key member of our compliance function, you will be responsible for delivering a Sanctions Compliance and Restricted Party Screening service to support all businesses across Haleon.

Key Responsibilities
  • Embed the organisation's global trade and economic sanctions compliance strategy, providing interpretation and oversight of sanctions policies and procedures.
  • Identify, define, and deploy key projects and initiatives to address performance gaps and continuously improve the effectiveness and efficiency of sanctions compliance through service delivery.
  • Manage a globally dispersed team and ensure that SLAs are met.
  • Manage, mitigate, escalate risks and issues associated with Haleon Sanctions screening and due diligence processes.
  • Ensure effective governance, processes, and measures are delivered in accordance with regulations and business needs.
Qualifications and Skills

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional with a strong background in sanctions compliance and risk management. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven experience in managing sanctions compliance programs and teams.
  • Strong knowledge of global trade and economic sanctions regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
