Job Title: Payroll Administrator

Our client, a leading resource management company, is seeking a skilled Payroll Administrator to join their team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the company's monthly payroll, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Input monthly overtime from multiple sites
  • Process monthly changes, including salary, pension, and bonus updates
  • Provide pre-commit reports to Finance
  • Agree payroll with Finance
  • Provide post-commit reports to Finance
  • Liaise with ADP over payroll issues
  • Answer employee queries
  • Process P11Ds and P60s annually
Requirements:
  • Payroll qualification or equivalent experience
  • Proven experience processing a similar size payroll with variable hours and inputs
  • Excellent numeracy and literacy skills
  • Good timekeeping and attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills
  • Problem-solving and administration skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

Working Arrangements:

The role will work around the payroll processing window, typically from the 1st to the 15th of the month.

Depending on the successful applicant's location, there may be a requirement to be office-based for some of this time, with the option to work from home.
