Role Summary: Controller Role

The Rescourcery Group is seeking an experienced Controller to join our team. As a key member of our financial leadership team, you will be responsible for providing strategic guidance on all aspects of finance, including financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. You will also be responsible for leading and managing the financial operations function, including financial statement preparation, analysis, and interpretation.

Key Responsibilities:
• Financial statement preparation and analysis
• Budgeting and forecasting
• Participating in cross-functional meetings
• Month-end and year-end close processes
• Internal controls and financial procedures development
• Financial expertise and support for business initiatives
• External audits and regulatory compliance activities
• Ad hoc financial projects
• Financial reports and statements preparation

Requirements:
• ACCA/ACA Qualified preferred
• Audit trained ideally - industry experience essential
• Strong technical background in financial reporting and knowledge of local and international standards
• Excellent communication skills

Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 per annum
