About Our Client
Page Personnel Sales is seeking an experienced Management Accountant to join their team in Reigate.
Job Summary
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to inform business decisions.
- Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate company performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial regulations.
- Conduct variance analysis to identify discrepancies and provide actionable insights to management.
- Support the budgeting and financial planning process, working closely with department heads to understand and manage their financial requirements.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies, maintaining a high level of financial integrity.
- Provide financial modeling and business case analysis for new projects and investments, helping to drive business growth.
- Liaise with external auditors and tax advisers as necessary, ensuring seamless communication and cooperation.
The Ideal Candidate
- Proven experience in a similar accounts function, with a strong understanding of financial principles and practices.
- The ability to analyze and interpret data, identifying trends and patterns to inform business decisions.
- Excellent planning and organizing skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and prioritize workload to meet business needs.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy, with the ability to produce high-quality financial reports and analysis.
- Experience as a Management Accountant, with a strong understanding of financial regulations and internal policies.
- May be working towards an accountancy degree, with a strong commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.
