About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Business Lecturer to join our team at William College. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to share their expertise and passion for business with students.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching and learning, contributing to course development, coordination, and assessment, and ensuring students receive timely feedback and achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Teach and mentor students, providing guidance and support to ensure they achieve their academic goals.
  • Contribute to the development and improvement of courses, working collaboratively with staff and students.
  • Coordinate assessments, mark student work, and provide constructive feedback within set deadlines.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to produce module/unit reports and scheme of work.
  • Develop and deliver subject-specific sessions, aligning with learning outcomes and syllabi.
Requirements
  • Master's degree and/or PhD in relevant area.
  • Teaching qualifications: PGCHE, MA in HE Practice, or FHEA, etc.
  • Previous lecturing experience in similar courses at HEI level.
  • Proficiency in Blackboard/VLEs, MS Teams/Zoom.
