Job Overview


We are seeking a highly skilled Healthcare Assistant to join our Continence Service team within Kent Community Health NHS Foundation Trust.



Main Duties


As a Band 3 Senior Healthcare Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality bladder and bowel care for adults in Kent. You will support the provision of care through the reassessment of products processes for the product delivery service/Kent continence service.

Person Specification


Essential Criteria



  • Relevant level 3 qualification (NVQ / QCF Diploma or certificate of care / Advanced apprenticeship) or equivalent Functional Skills at Level 2 (Literacy and numeracy/GCSE grade A-C or equivalent in English and Maths)
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Healthcare Assistant/Worker in a health or social care setting
  • Experience of working as part of a team
  • Experience with the use of Microsoft Office and a variety of IT packages (E-Pay / E-roster / AT-P / CIS)

Desirable Criteria



  • Experience within community healthcare setting
