As a member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests in a fast-paced environment.

The typical daily duties of this role include:

  • Preparing and serving food and beverages to our guests
  • Making drinks from slushies to hot chocolates
  • Processing transactions efficiently and accurately
  • Assisting with food and beverage preparation for group party bookings
  • Maintaining high standards of food safety and cleanliness throughout the diner
  • Contributing to maintaining a safe and healthy work environment
  • Carrying out opening and closing procedures
  • Assisting with restocking and stock rotation

This role requires a friendly, lively, and interactive individual who is passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and be able to work effectively in a team environment.

A minimum of one year of experience working in a food and beverage capacity is preferred, but not essential.

Level 2 or 3 Food Safety certification would be beneficial, but is not mandatory.

This is a part-time and full-time position available on a zero-hour contract, covering weekdays and weekends.

Successful candidates can expect to earn £8.60 per hour as a base rate, with opportunities for progression and increased earnings.
