PureMalt Products Ltd. - Development Brewer

We are seeking a skilled and ambitious Development Brewer to join our dynamic team at PureMalt Products Ltd. As a key member of our innovation team, you will play a crucial role in the development and improvement of new and existing products.

Brewing and Distilling Development

Assist in all aspects of the brewing and distilling development process, including NPD, malt milling, mashing, mash filtration, boiling, fermentation, distilling, conditioning, evaporation, and packaging.

Recipe Development

Collaborate with the Technical Innovations Manager in the creation and refinement of brewing recipes, bringing fresh ideas and creativity to the table.

Learning and Development

Take advantage of on-the-job training and development opportunities to build brewing knowledge and skills.

Team Collaboration

Work closely with other members of the brewing team, as well as other departments such as marketing and sales, to contribute to the overall success of the projects.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Brewing, Microbiology, Food Science, Chemistry, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in a food-related environment/food science role, such as an internship or part-time role.
  • A food science qualification.
  • An ability to learn quickly coupled with some calculated risk-taking.
