Estimated Salary: £42,000 - £52,000 per annum
Job Description
In this dynamic role, you'll be responsible for developing and delivering engaging Science lessons that cater to the diverse needs of our students. Your ability to think creatively and work collaboratively with colleagues will be essential in helping us achieve our goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create innovative lesson plans that meet the needs of students with special educational needs.
- Collaborate with colleagues to design and implement effective teaching strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and development.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, QTS) with a focus on special educational needs.
- Proven experience working with students who require additional support.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
