Taking on the role of Drone Aviation Professional at TEXO Recruitment, you will form part of our dynamic team providing integrated drone-based survey and inspection services. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated individual to contribute to the growth and success of our business.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of drone hardware and software technologies, with a minimum of 4 years' experience piloting drones commercially. A CAA-approved UAS qualification is essential, and excellent communication and teamwork skills are required to work effectively with our technical team.

Key responsibilities will include preparing and recording pre-flight planning and risk assessments, as well as post-flight reporting. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting equipment issues and maintaining own pilot logs and currency in accordance with company policy requirements.

We offer an attractive package, including an estimated salary of £65,000 - £85,000 per annum, dependent on experience, and benefits such as travel opportunities and professional development.
