About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Nursery Practitioner to join our team at Silks Farm Day Nursery, part of Grandir UK. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and education to our children.

Key Responsibilities
  • Promote a nurturing environment that fosters children's physical, emotional, and cognitive development.
  • Assume key carer responsibilities for designated children, ensuring their individual needs are met.
  • Develop and implement engaging activities that stimulate children's curiosity and creativity.
  • Contribute to maintaining a safe and healthy environment, adhering to health and safety protocols.
  • Support and mentor students and unqualified staff to ensure delivery of high-quality childcare practice.
