As a Roastery Assistant, you'll be part of a dynamic team that's passionate about producing high-quality coffee while making a positive impact.

Job Description
As a key member of our roasting team, you'll support production roasters with daily operations, including loading and unloading coffee, maintaining equipment, and organizing stock. Your responsibilities will include:
  1. Loading sacks of green coffee into the roasters according to the roasting schedule
  2. Organising stock of roasted coffee lines
  3. Maintenance of the air filtration system and the two Coffee Roasters
  4. Owning organisation of the green coffee area, consolidating pallets
  5. Receiving green coffee deliveries
  6. Setting up the Roasters ready for the day
  7. Weekly Green Coffee Stock count

Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you must be able to follow procedures, be organized, and have basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets. Physical fitness, flexibility, and adaptability are also essential. Forklift training/certification and experience working in a BRCGS certified environment are desirable qualifications.
