About the Job:
The Traffic Manager role at DX Network Services Limited is a key position that requires a high level of expertise in logistics and transportation coordination. As a Traffic Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that depot service level delivery and collection targets are achieved within budget while maintaining the highest standards of customer service.

Responsibilities and Requirements:
  • Manage and produce daily and weekly reports as required.
  • Ensure collection conformance to standards.
  • Control all key controls for vehicles.
  • Monitor and review operational performance and take timely action to address any issues.
  • Ensure all company legal requirements are met.
  • Close management of sub-contractors to ensure an effective and efficient service is provided within budgeted costs.
  • Manage a robust pre-brief and de-brief process at all times.
  • Route contingency planning.
  • Continually strive to improve service levels and reduce costs.
  • Health and safety management.
  • Manage Traffic team effectively.

  • Previous experience in the logistics or distribution industry.
