**About the Role:**

We are seeking an experienced Auditor Lead to join our team in Manchester. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering complex audit assignments, planning and executing fieldwork, and reporting on findings.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Participate in delivering complex Financial Crime and Sanctions audit assignments
  • Plan and execute end-to-end audit assignments, considering complex business processes and decisions
  • Identify meaningful issues impacting business and operations under review, collaborating with management to develop remedial action
  • Lead projects and meetings with stakeholders, preparing draft reports and following up on audit actions
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry best practices and regulatory requirements

**Requirements:**

  • Strong experience in Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Sanctions related processes
  • Knowledge of US laws rules and regulations such as Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), USA Patriot Act and OFAC
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, working with stakeholders
  • Relevant years' experience working in financial services or banking, within Third Line Internal Audit or Second Line Risk or Compliance Monitoring
