Job Summary:

  • $2,600 - $3,000 per month (approximately £500 - £550 per week)
  • Monday to Friday 8am – 4pm
  • Support young people inside and outside of the classroom at a critical point on their learning journey
  • Gain experience working alongside Senior Staff and make connections to progress into a career in education
  • Solidify highly transferrable communication and active listening skills
  • Role starting immediately until July 2025 - with opportunities to continue beyond

About You:

  • First-Class Degree in a related subject from a Top 20 UK University
  • Prior experience providing academic support to young people
  • Sensitivity to emotional dysregulation and a strong knowledge of safeguarding practices
  • A brilliant academic record, dating back to GCSEs
  • Extracurricular hobbies like sports, music or languages that can be integrated into school life
