Become a Disability Assessor with Aspect Healthcare

This role offers a unique opportunity to use your clinical skills in a different way, enabling individuals to move forward with their lives. As a Disability Assessor, you will work with people who have diverse health conditions, gaining a clear understanding of how they impact daily life.

You will be working within an office-style environment and at home, completing approximately 45-minute assessments over the telephone, video, or face-to-face. Your findings will be used to support decision-making by the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP).

With a comprehensive training program provided, you will feel equipped to excel in your new role. In return for your expertise, you can expect a competitive salary of £40,000 per year, plus a range of benefits including 21 days' annual leave, hybrid working, and protected CPD time.

About the Role:

  • Autonomously assess cases of individuals applying for the Personal Independence Payment (PIP) benefit
  • Use clinical experience to gain a clear understanding of how health conditions impact daily life

Requirements:

  • We require Registered Nurses, Physio's, Paramedics, and Occupational Therapists with NMC/HCPC registration.
