Key Responsibilities

  • Drafting Contracts

Draft contracts from standard templates, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.

Contract Tracking

Monitor and track contracts throughout their lifecycle, ensuring timely completion and compliance.

Agreement Preparation

Prepare licence and software agreements, confidentiality agreements, and NDAs, as required.

Contract Amendments

Prepare amendments to existing contracts, ensuring seamless integration and minimal disruption.

Data Protection

Record data protection agreements and assist with data protection tasks, maintaining confidentiality and security.

Client Support

Act as the first point of contact for incoming queries to the legal team, providing exceptional customer service and support.

Requirements

  • Experience

Previous experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of contract management principles.

Skills

Strong prioritisation skills, excellent attention to detail, and a solid understanding of contract management software.

What We Offer

This is an interim position for an initial period of 3 months, with the opportunity to extend. The role offers a hybrid working arrangement, with 2-3 days spent in the office in Basingstoke.
