Opportunity Summary

They seek a skilled Web Developer to join their dynamic team in Cambridge, where they will contribute to developing key software relied on throughout the global financial world. As a Web Developer, you will play a critical role in creating tools for maintaining and monitoring complex networks that handle large datasets (100GB+).

Key Responsibilities:
">* Develop innovative solutions to meet the needs of the global capital markets community.
* Collaborate with the team to design and implement complex network tools for handling large datasets.
* Apply expertise in PHP and MySQL, as well as familiarity with at least one modern backend language (PHP 8, Node.js, Python, etc.).
* Ensure web application security practices and adhere to OOP design, microservices, and API design principles.

Requirements:
">* Top degrees in Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
* Proficiency in PHP and MySQL, with experience handling large datasets (100GB+).
* Familiarity with at least one modern backend language (PHP 8, Node.js, Python, etc.).
* Understanding of OOP design, microservices, API design, and web application security practices.
