Job Description

The Manufacturing Excellence Program Leader will drive a transformational program to improve end-to-end manufacturing operations globally. This role will develop and execute strategies to streamline and standardize business processes, reduce cycle times, and share best practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement the Manufacturing Excellence Program
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement
  • Engage teams and stakeholders to drive cultural change and continuous improvement
  • Utilize data and analytics to identify areas for improvement
  • Drive process standardization and harmonization across the globe
  • Infuse Lean Six Sigma principles and drive digital transformation

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience
  • Experience in Supply Chain or related fields
  • SAP experience
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and influence a global team
  • Experience working with Manufacturing, Engineering, and Supply Chain Operations
