About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Hygiene Services Manager to lead our team in Central Scotland. As a key member of our Operations / Water Hygiene Services department, you will be responsible for monitoring and testing water systems, communicating with clients, and participating in ongoing training and development.

We offer a competitive salary based on experience, ranging from £40,000 to £65,000 per annum. Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of Water Hygiene Engineers in conducting routine monitoring and testing of water systems.
  • Provide expert advice and recommendations to clients on maintaining water hygiene and minimizing Legionella risk.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve water treatment processes and minimize risks.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Certification in water hygiene and Legionella risk management (L8).
  • Additional certifications in water industry standards (City and Guilds or similar).
Working Conditions

Full-time, field-based role with regular travel to client sites across Central Scotland. May involve occasional out-of-hours or weekend work to meet client needs or respond to emergencies.
