About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team in Milton Keynes.

As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing timely and effective administrative support to our colleagues, being the first point of contact for all administrative queries.

You will work collaboratively within the People Services Administration team to ensure SLA's and Payroll deadlines are achieved.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality administrative support to designated business units, ensuring a positive experience for colleagues at all times.
  • Ensure all written documentation is accurate, with a maximum 5% error rate.
  • Complete all administrative requests within agreed SLA's.
  • Take ownership of queries and issues, seeing them through to resolution and keeping the Team Leader/Senior informed where necessary.
  • Quality-check all transactions and documentation, ensuring real-time completion to avoid impacting SLA's and providing fast resolutions for the business.
  • Process completed forms, ensuring appropriate authorization is obtained before contractual changes are actioned.
  • Have a good understanding of the Right to Work process and UK legalization.
  • Apply a working knowledge of systems to answer queries and resolve problems from colleagues.
  • Have a keen eye for detail, particularly in relation to inputting data, drafting contractual documents, and checking team members' work.
  • Be flexible in your approach to support other team members within the wider HR team.
  • Take ownership of tasks and see them through to resolution.
  • Proactively diarize Stakeholder Engagement calls to build relationships with the business and receive great feedback.
  • Take turns leading the Daily Huddles.
