Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior HGV Instructor to join our team in Lutterworth, Leicestershire.

About the Role

This is a permanent position with an immediate start. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality driver training and assessments, including CPC Training courses.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct driver assessments and provide constructive feedback
  • Deliver engaging and effective driver training sessions
  • Cover incident investigations and de-briefing drivers
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have experience as a Class 1 HGV Driver and hold the necessary qualifications. You should also be able to work independently and as part of a team.

Benefits

This role offers a competitive salary of £32,500 - £27,000 per annum, depending on experience.
