About the Role:
We are looking for a Support Worker to work in one of our homes in Devizes, offering full-time or part-time opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide person-centered support to individuals with Learning Disabilities and/or mental health conditions.
- Assist with daily living tasks, including personal care and household management.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with service users, their families, and other stakeholders.
