We are seeking a skilled Shunter Driver to join our team at GXO Logistics, Inc. As a Shunter Driver, you will be responsible for safely transporting goods between our facilities, ensuring timely delivery and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Operate a Class C+E vehicle to transport goods between our brewery and distribution centre
- Collect empty kegs and return them to the brewery
- Conduct regular vehicle checks to ensure safety and efficiency
- Load and secure goods correctly to prevent damage during transit
- Report any vehicle damage or faults to the maintenance team
- Full UK driving licence with category C+E entitlement
- Flexibility to support our West Thurrock site when required
- Valid Driver Qualification Card (Driver CPC)
- Valid Digital Tachograph Card
- No more than 8 current penalty points
- No DR, DG, DD, BA, CD, AC, LC or TT99 endorsements with a conviction date within the previous 5 years
