Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and skilled individual who enjoys challenges and is adaptable to growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Sourcing candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and referrals;
  • Screening applications and resumes to identify suitable candidates for the positions;
  • Conducting initial phone and in-person interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and fit for the company;
  • Assisting with the onboarding process, ensuring new hires are well-prepared and informed about company policies, procedures, and expectations;
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with candidates to understand their needs and provide ongoing support;

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Experience in recruitment, although not essential as full training will be provided;
  • Strong problem-solving skills;
  • A customer-centric mindset, prioritizing people's needs;
  • Resilience, drive, and flexibility in approach to work and client requirements;
  • A growth mindset, continually seeking innovative ways to work;
