Competitive Salary Range

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of £120,000 - £145,000 per annum, plus bonus, reflecting their expertise and experience.

Job Overview

We are seeking a Senior Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our London office and drive the hiring strategy for critical technical roles across the organization. You will partner closely with hiring managers and leadership to source, attract, and hire top talent while enhancing the company's reputation as an employer of choice in the tech space.

Main Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for various technical roles, including software engineers, cloud architects, DevOps specialists, and data scientists.
  • Partner with senior stakeholders and hiring managers to identify hiring needs and create tailored recruitment strategies.
  • Develop innovative sourcing strategies to attract top-tier technical talent, leveraging job boards, professional networks, direct sourcing, and referrals.
  • Beyond these key responsibilities, you will be expected to build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future roles, ensuring a seamless and exceptional candidate experience from initial contact through to onboarding.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in technical recruitment, preferably within a fast-growing e-commerce or technology-driven environment.
  • A proven track record of successfully hiring for complex technical roles, including engineering, cloud, and data science positions.
  • Strong understanding of the tech talent market and sourcing strategies across multiple geographies.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and senior leaders.
