We are seeking a Commercial Relationship Manager to join our team in Surrey, England. As a Commercial Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key accounts, driving sales growth and customer engagement.

The salary for this role is £70,000 - £90,000 per annum, depending on experience.

About the Role

This role involves advising a cross-functional team to achieve sales and customer engagement goals, while building strong relationships with key accounts. You will be responsible for implementing Joint Value Creation initiatives, leading investments, and ensuring plan alignment for excellent outcomes. Additionally, you will conduct strategic negotiations and provide analytics to optimize brand performance, collaborating with internal teams for effective execution.

  • Developing a keen understanding of customer strategies, policies, and future plans.
  • Co-creating mutually agreed strategy with PAH team, cascading into operational 12-month growth plan - supervising everyday execution with excellence, leading externally quarterly reviews and course correction proposals in partnership.

The ideal candidate will have the ability to close deals and negotiate favorable terms with partners and clients, as well as a deep understanding of ecommerce platforms, trends, and consumer behavior.
