Rehousing Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Rehousing Manager to join our team at L&Q. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our customers receive the best possible experience when they are displaced from their homes.

Key Responsibilities

• Source solutions quickly and efficiently, while demonstrating empathy and compassion for each customer's unique situation.
• Work collaboratively with internal and external teams to achieve successful outcomes.
• Provide housing options advice to our existing residents, ensuring a smooth and efficient journey for all customers.
• Manage a complex caseload, prioritizing tasks and meeting important deadlines.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and time management skills, with the ability to manage a high-volume workload.
• Confident in all areas of work, with strong negotiation, influencing, and organizational skills.
• Ability to engage with a diverse customer base and provide excellent customer service.
• Self-motivated and confident in taking ownership of delivering targets, with the ability to work well under pressure.
