Technical Engineer Role

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and reliability of our aircraft's engines and Auxiliary Power Units (APUs).

As a Technical Engineer, you will work collaboratively with aviation authorities, key suppliers, and colleagues across the airline to design and develop technical and commercial solutions for our operating fleet. This includes maintaining the reliability of our complex Boeing fleet, which consists of A320, A380, B777, A350, B787, and B777X aircraft.

You will have the opportunity to gain Technical Engineer Part M, Part 145, and Part 21 CCE & CVE approvals and potentially move forward in your career to Senior Technical Engineer, Technical Team Leader, or Management roles.

This is a challenging role that requires problem-solving, analytical, and technical decision-making skills. You will also need to be a strong team player, highly collaborative, and emotionally intelligent.

Responsibilities:
  • Review, evaluate, and approve technical documentation to ensure safe operation.
  • Suggest optimal technical decisions and lead discussions across departments.
  • Maintain technical standards, policy, and strategic direction.
  • Consult on technical and airworthiness matters with internal and external stakeholders.
We Offer:

A competitive salary of £55,000 - £65,000 per year, depending on experience.
