Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to join our team at Manpower Group (UK). As a Data Analyst, you will play a critical role in driving operational excellence with your data insights and reporting expertise.

About the Company:

Our client is a global leader in optics and technology, delivering innovative solutions in healthcare, industry, and consumer products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and distribute weekly/monthly reports on key business metrics to support strategic decision-making.
  • Calculate profit/loss for service activities and provide actionable insights to drive business growth.
  • Support the development and maintenance of business intelligence systems, including SAP and CRM.
  • Design and implement automations using Power Automate to streamline business processes.
  • Assist with sales commission calculations and provide ad-hoc reporting to support business operations.

Requirements:

  • 12-18 months of business experience in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Power BI and Excel, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with data processing and tools like SAP and Power Automate is a plus.

What We Offer:

  • A permanent, full-time role with 37.5 hours per week.
  • A hybrid work arrangement with first few weeks based in the office.
