Job Title: Financial Adviser - Wealth Management

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Financial Adviser to join our team at CleverHR. As a Financial Adviser, you will be responsible for providing high-quality financial advice to clients, ensuring they achieve their financial goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends, product changes, and regulatory requirements to provide expert advice to clients.
  • Comply with firm policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, ensuring the highest standards of professionalism and integrity.
  • Identify and engage with potential clients, gathering comprehensive information to understand their unique needs and goals.
  • Conduct thorough research and analysis to provide tailored recommendations, ensuring clients achieve their financial objectives.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records, ensuring compliance with firm and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and support.
  • Collaborate with the team to share knowledge, best practices, and ideas, driving continuous improvement and excellence.
Requirements:
  • Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (Essential)
  • Strong understanding of financial products, regulations, and market dynamics.
  • Proven ability to identify and engage with potential clients, coupled with a track record of gathering comprehensive client information and understanding their unique needs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex information simply and clearly.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in completing supporting documentation.
  • Previous experience in mentoring and training teams, contributing to the development of skills and knowledge within the team.
