Administrative Coordinator

StepStone Group is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to support our SRE UK team.
Key Responsibilities
- Travel: Assist with travel needs as requested, including airfare, transportation, and hotel arrangements.
- Expenses: Collect and enter team expenses into Concur, ensuring timely reimbursement.
- Calendaring: Manage calendars, scheduling conference calls and meetings, anticipating conflicts, and querying team members as needed.
- Conferences: Proactively manage conference attendance, ensuring registrations, travel arrangements, and agendas are in place.
Additional Responsibilities
- Manage team weekly calls, agendas, and associated work, including securing conference rooms and sending invitations.
- Ad hoc support: Provide assistance with unexpected situations, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
- Coordinate events and offsites with the Senior EA.
Requirements
- Highly organized, approachable, and articulate communication skills.
- Confident interaction with all levels of management, clients, and guests.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize projects.
- Familiarity with Outlook and Microsoft Applications.
